I wonder why they did that. The KZN165 and maybe other hiluxs are in the cab up high. Water can travel a long way inside insulation too. Best to keep the wire out of the water if you can help it.

Is that up in the dash, above the glove box? You're sitting in water yourself if you're getting that wet.
I see the NP300 Navara has a wading depth of 450mm approximately the axle. There's a big dirty loom connector behind the front mud guard that gets wet. An Aussie you tuber had his warranty declined...
Still the best Hilux you can get
A good comparison. Feeding the elephant is getting expensive. Which one will be more economic over it's lifetime?
True, they must have changed their minds on it. I see all the jimny references are now 2023 news
Funny you should say that, Google the land cruiser 250 series. Jimny sized.
The supplied hardware works pretty well. Even better if you fill the voids with epoxy of some sort.
To make a tight fit I heated the nut with the bolt installed in reverse then pushed and melted...

This is Murfs video. He did an xbolt for me. Turned out...
Keep the can on it and make sure the dog is behind the muzzle so it doesn't catch the blast.

I did some digging about our local as it's not illegal there. This was in a community news letter.

You can't just read the first line. If you aren't doing a. or b. then you aren't conmmiting an offence... Anyway our local sight in range is on doc land and marked with a doc sign so I'll continue to...
A hunting permit shouldn't have anything to do with it. Public conservation land would be the same as any other public place.
Unless it's a doc rule specific to firing a rifle when not hunting,...
I'm hopefully heading down that way so might be a good excuse to call in.
I used to smoke most of my trout but this is fast and simple in a pan. Tastes real good for those fat lake rainbows....
Moa Hunter have you used any 6lb 0.06mm braid x8 or x12? I normally go for kairiki in 8lb but temped to put 6lb on a new 1000 Stella fk I've managed to get hold of. Except I'm having a hard time...
I was going to suggest Kent distributors in Christchurch for parts of you need any but they don't seem to have much in the way of 60 Land cruiser stuff but they might be able to help you out if you...
Nice project you have there. Lots of work ahead. I have a long running Hilux rebuild/project. So far I've turned this:
222563
Into this:
222564
222565
It's in the shop for fabrication,...
I have the 270wsm at 21.67 inches. Running 150 NBT at 3095. AR2217. When they run out I'll go to eldx. I wouldn't go any shorter. Suppress it and it doesn't kick too bad. I load to mag length, no...
I'm doing 3096fps with 150gr nbt using ar2217 out of 20.67 inches. Doesn't appear too hot. No pressure signs etc.
Interesting read. I wonder what improvements the last 10 years has brought. I had a couple pairs of the SL 7x50 in the office recently, I didn't realize they're almost 40 years old and still in...

How quick will these go? Looks like a pretty sweet deal.
So it's not bullet diameter like all the reloading manuals list but approximations and there abouts of the barrel diameter. Except for the exceptions. Well I think I have learned something...
