Yes,seen those. Very easy to do, but I'm looking to mount engine on the stern as then you're hands free, balance is better and steering with your feet. I'll get it done shortly.

Works very well, provided you attach an adjustable out rigger. They are stable enough to stand and fish from.
I've seen both. It appears that the rudder controls do the job alright. The Yamaha 2hp weighs only 10kg fueled up.
