It has a memory function yes, you press and hold the button for 1 second and it will resume at the same brightness level it was at when turned off.

Not many left of the above.

Should have more CI7 dual IR/White light by the end of the week if anyones wants one, they're selling out super quick!

There are three main differences.

60 doesnt have red light - the 65 does
60 weighs 99 grams - the 65 weighs 63 grams
60 has a front switch - 65 has a side switch
