Something doesnt look right with that edge, perhaps its just the light but it looks quite rough.

Quite a small knife, about a 3 inch blade but nicely balanced.
Would make a good utility.

This is a fixed blade art knife made by Corrie Schoeman in the late 70's. I don't know which steels were...
