Thanks a bunch everyone for the input and advice.
I'll give it a good scrub out anyway.
Still worries me that diagonal gauge in the pill if it's not the rifling. Thinking back, it's definitely...
I did read/watch that after multiple neck sizing you'd have to fl size it to re fit the chamber. Didn't expect it so soon tbh
Yea sounds like FL size is the way to go, after watching Mr cortinas vids and hearing your guys thoughts on it seems like a no Brainer. I felt like when I started reloading it seemed like everything...
Usually screw the neck die down until it just touched the shell holder. Should I potentially be backing it off more?

Just the 1 deep gauge like in pic but there is a bit of scuffing and tiny dents around the projectile
Yea I was thinking along these lines of shoulder bump issue. Is the only way to really figure this out with a headspace gauge for the comparator?

Ok jammed causing the high pressure males sense to me
Na no signs of pressure and were 2grns lower than max load in hornady manual. rounds were tight to chamber and leaving rifling marks on the projectiles.
Rifle is a fierce 24inch 7mmRM, rounds are...
Evening guys, ran into a problem this afternoon with a few rounds jamming into the rifling. I rechecked the coal and ojive measurements and they match near perfect with the rounds that are chambering...
