Everything I’ve pointed it at inside 500m is dead Mooseman. I think it’s a very precise and surprisingly staunch cartridge/twist/bullet combination, the hit sound is coming back to me way louder than...
Because the rifle I trust the most is my .223, I’ve had it for years. For that kind of shooting, it’s what I use.
Zero at 100m, drop tests at 270, 345 and 475m. All calculations had the same answer, same as the chronograph. So yeah, it’s correct. So far, dialling MRAD, it’s been bang on out to 500ish.
Some fallow action today. I’m always left slumped in a pile on the floor after a day chasing these cunts, it’s a shit load harder to get onto super observant hill country fallow than I obviously...
