Took the 17 Terminator to range again this weekend.
I have settled on the load, I worked on trying to bring the ES down a little, with some success.
The 25 grain V Maxes are certainly screaming...
Put it in another stock today & took it to the range.

Yep no to bad, but not much holding it together either.
Lying down is always a better shooting position :oh noes: :)

The highlight though was lying in the mud to get a good position on the target species only to discover they weren't.....:oh noes:
Took the 6.5 Wsm & the 17 Terminator for a walk last night.
Weather was pretty good considering, nothing much out & about though.
Managed to fire a couple of shots, this one was approx 150...
Only targets at this stage the weather has been crap :oh noes:
Having "exploded" many bunnies with the 204 & 40s I'm looking forward to comparing the carnage with the 25s :)

Certainly something that concerned me a little so it will be running on a ball powder, apparently they are easier on barrels ???
I got my 17 Terminator (17-204 Ruger) back from Scott yesterday.
