Not sure on the brake you are talking about but a .223 only has 22-26 ish grains of powder, hardly enough to blow your nose compared to 50-80-100 grains :D

Yes it does work well for a radial, but it was only on a 6.5-284 with 140s going 2875 ish.
Would be interesting to test a bigger one, on a bigger rifle.

There isn't much in it on the rig but on the end of the rifle it is very noticable.
The T1 or T2 is much nicer to shoot with less recoil & without most of the crap floating around after the shot...
I did some load development on a Rem 700, when it showed up it had a brake I hadn't tested yet so took the opportunity, after asking the owner :)
