And don't for get the new loophole from another court case a few months back, that if you have a registered mssa firearm but it doesn't have any mssa features then anyone can use it as it is...
That is incorrect, a mssa firearm can only be possesed by the person with the permit to procure. Even if the Ro has an e cat, they still don't have the permit to procure for that firearm.
No just MSSA's are banned, A cats with pistol grips are ok.

I was pretty surprised by it all, I know another club member that day drove all the way out with his newly minted MSSA only to find he was not allowed to shoot. He was not a happy chap.
