    Thanks mate. That last piece of advice could mean this is a Northamptonshire Regiment (NN) Reserve 457 bayonet.

    My first 1907 and won’t be my last!

    1907 bayonet markings

    Found some markings on this bayonet

    1) RE - Remington. black.
    2) 6 17 - June 1917
    3) WILKINSON - Wilkinson Sword Company.
    4) PALL MALL - scratched out. Not uncommon for Wilkinson to do so...
