Re altering the pin / dies. The Lee Universal ( that I have at least) uses a thick pin for Large primer brass, if you run SRP brass you need to thin the pin down or put up with enlarging the flash...

Nah thats just the green for good light, load is within spec. It flicks back to white lights while the next charge is being dropped, then goes green for good or red for bad.
