Yes - it the pick of them but just hard to justify, I'm thinking I might put my funds to a nice "Remmy clone" short action and build from there . . .
Ha - well just got pricing on the Legacy (I did find one available) and its way too rich for my blood, might just have to slum it with the Remmy guys a bit longer!
Well - no Legacy's in the warehouse and none expected for 3-4 months . . . . bugger!
I did mean new Sako's, but I don't buy the Vixen mythology either, I've had a couple and preferred the BSA Hunter over them, but hey, each to his own . . . .
I had a BSA Hunter and they are nice BUT parts are very hard to get (like break and extractor and you're stuffed) and modern triggers are better . . . .
When was that Bruce?? - the "current" ones are front locking three and six lug designs that go right up to 30-06 etc (in at least two sizes).
