I would be careful as to the bullets you use in such a fast twist as 1-3 , as have heard that bullets fly apart due to super fast twist , and only solid copper bullets or bonded stay together , as IF...

I would expect most scopes to be basically 10mm per click at a 100m , you can always check it on a scaled post/tgt at 100m , Nato mils is just a rounded off version of actual , Russians use there own...
