If you have a budget in mind that would help provide some input on options.
Agree with kiwi303.
The trend is FFP and mil and for a new shooter if you’re not set on moa, I’d go mil from the start....
If you hit pressure with 2213 I’d think you’ll hit pressure earlier and at slower speed with 2209.
If you still have case capacity with the 2213 then I’ll go for a slower powder than 2213, rather...
I've run and had the chance to look through a lot of high, mid and lower end binos.
The Delta forest II 10-x42s would be the ticket for you. $400 and excellent value (and they support the forum too...
Get the Truflite pro (like $20). It'll give you dope sheets and allow multiple profiles.
Agree, mine is spot on right out to 1000m with strelok and it'll auto update the pressure so if you're...
I'm yet to see a tikka that doesn't shoot. Tikkas are great! Howa a good option for the price as well
I run a suppressor with a brake on the end.
It definitely works but not as effective as a dedicated brake. I like it and would buy another one.

Have a normal fenix 5 and honestly when (and its been going strong for 4 years) it dies I'm buying another fenix. The mapping/way points are really handy and TruFlite app lines up with my strelok Pro...
Pretty sure Hi Tec do ctr inlet and aics inlet for tikka. Had one in a std 6.5creed and really liked it. Only changed because wanted more weight for comp rifle

Owned all of these except the HD50 accu tac (2nd from top and is a friend of mines). For my comp rifle (field type LR shooting and some FPR) I think the SR5 G2 (3rd from top) is the best balance....

Honestly, there are a lot of guys offering the service of annealing your brass for say $25/100cases or less. I'd rather just go that route in the mean time until you get the funds together.

Just remember brass get work hardened with firing and with each firing it'll have more and more springback. One of the main reasons people anneal with a AMP annealer is to get the most consistent...
The only problem with this is when you take the powder out to start reloading your 1st charge vs the 200th charge will have different exposure times and your charges won't be consistent throughout...
Jaco Goosen in Paraparaumu.
Built my barnard 6mm Creedmoor and heaps of other guys competing in fields shoots in NZ (4 shot group in...
I have a 6mm Creedmoor with Barnard SMS action. Have a Tikka as well. Tikkas are a great option but the barnard just puts a smile on my face every time I run it.
It's a tank and for what it's worth...
I've though about this as well, but.. The previous GPRE Tarata (Field shooting match to +-600m) I had one guy in my squad with a 223. The problem is that the impacts past 400m are tough to spot as...
Try Fortress Fasteners
I think I know him and I convinced him to build one haha.
