When I'm sorting scallops its in legal the bin, smalls over the side not washed and put aside....... 133 of them!! ..that's a lot of undersized scallops...I seriously doubt you would get that in one...

The question being forfiture ...if it was a 12 ft dinghy and a dredge worth 3k would we go ok you got caught...do the crime do the time .....but you were using a 50k launch ....both were being used...
