    I've just measured my loaded rounds on new Winchester brass, .313 (havnt been turned)

    The 284 doesnt like tight neck clearances at all, you'll need a min of 2 thou, some even recommend out to 4...

    iirc they used the reamer with a .317 neck dia....

    iirc they used the reamer with a .317 neck dia. Is that correct?

    If so you'll need to neck turn your brass, same as mine
