For a light weight carry rifle that you will likely be holding in your hands rather than slung I love the slim slender stock of the model 7/kimber etc.

The shorter forend also just looks better...

Foreend needs to be shorter, slimmer profile especially the foreend.

Think mod 7 or kimber Montana stocks

Yeah if he gets this stock right, with suitably smaller/slimmer proportions and a decent weight reduction over the factory stock I reckon there will be a good sized market internationally.

Is Hi-tec making a smaller stock to suit the howa mini or just inletting his existing tikka/rem sized stocks.

A little light weight rifle like the howa mini needs a smaller stock.

Theres a real market there for nice thin little light weight stocks for the Howa Mini, cool wee shooters but the factory stock is a big fat heffer of a thing. Shame Stu isnt making anymore of his CF...
