Just an FYI
Kuiu have a sale on and there are decent savings on most things.
I used them in my 1:12 twist .223AI at 3550fps.
They shot great out to around 500m but started to do funny things and tumble after that which was probably due to a loss of stability.
They may go...
The Element Optics rings are very good and great value for money.
I usually use Nightforce Ultralights but have a pair of the Elements on a rifle and really rate them.
I’ve had a play with one but not shot with one.
It’s a noticeable step up from the standard Helix, glass is much nicer and the turret clicks felt nice and positive.
The 2-16 power range will be...
Do what I did… fly over, have a holiday, have a few nights on the piss and buy one.
I guess if enough people contact NF and complain about the price gouging and explain it’s why they aren’t...
Alaska Guide Creations.
Perfect fit for my 10x42 EL’s and the extra pockets hold rangefinder, spare ammo and other small accessories perfectly too.
Those velocities are pretty good from a 22” barrel!
Looking good Greg.
So as expected, pretty much mirroring the performance of the Blaser Mag?
Yep he does some good work and his stock finishes are excellent.
Speak to Chris at Murfs Precision Rifles.
He does great stock coatings and does the finishes on the Hardy rifle stocks.
He has a Facebook page. ...
Trust your Labradar.
Stick a G7 of .360 in your ballistic app and you’ll be damn close!
Surely lightning doesn’t strike twice tonyd?
Are you seating the base of the bullet below the neck/shoulder junction?
You could have some donuts forming on your brass.
See if you can still pass a bullet down past this area in a fired case.
That’s a heap of extra and un-necessary sizing taking place and is certainly contributing to, if not the cause of your necks splitting.
Bushing dies with a .314 bushing would half the amount you are...
Are you using bushing dies?
If so, are you just sizing .001-.002 under .315 as any smaller will be over working and hardening your necks.
If they are standard dies then remove the expander and see...
My favourite is the Gomtaro 300.
Have used a few of their models over the years as an arborist and often take it hunting if I’ll need to cut firewood.
Easy enough to chuck in the pack and it’s...

Almost no point bedding the standard plastic stocks.
They’re too soft and flex too much for it to be worthwhile.
A decent aftermarket stock will usually improve accuracy a decent amount.
I have an HL55 and it’s excellent.
Great runtimes using Panasonics.
I’d also suggest a VX5 in 3-15x44 and save some money compared to a VX6.
Same glass and build quality.
They’re a great hunting scope for the money and will do everything from up close in the bush...
Go with the SAUM if you are wanting to stick with a 22” barrel.
Really rate my Blaser Mag, but brass is very hard to find, I did go online and purchase 100 pieces from abroad a couple of days ago,...
Our party of 4 had Falls Creek first period.
We asked the pilot who was contracting to the company we flew in with if any WARO had been taking place and was told it had been hammered in the weeks...
Did you hear many stags roaring?
Yes there are.
