    I had a short barrel 300wsm that kicked like satan that gave me a flinch. Really did a number on my confidnce shooting 22s is great for keeping the eyes open.

    Dry fireing and relaxation. A flinch is your body preparing for pain by tencing up. Concentrate on getting a consistant let off with follow through ie cross hairs on the target. Practise with a 22 is...
