Thanks! I am planning on visiting south-western Canterbury for tahr and northernmost Canterbury for deer and chamois.

Indeed, it's a Blaser 95 chambered in .30-06 and 12/76. It was my first rifle ever.
For longer ranges I also have a Tikka T3x Lite chambered in 7 mm Rem. Mag. That's the one I will take to NZ.
