synthetic sako a7 or wooden tikka t3 hunter

Im looking at getting either a synthetic sako a7 or wooden tikka t3 hunter in 7mm 08 both come to around $2000 with a $400 scope. Just wondering what you guys would recommend.

Why wood on one and synthetic on the other option?

    Tough call then.
The rifles are much of a muchnes but you can't top load the Tikka being the only real advantage of the A7 imho.

    Can't get A7 in wood?

Would be good to try a 75 stock on an A7 action?

Speaking of tikka stocks the folding KRG is what i would like to get my mitts on!
A mate has put one on his TRG and it is a bit of gun sex.
They look another step up from those chassis that DED sell thats for sure!

If you can try to spend a bit more on your optics as it would be a shame to have a sub standard scope on either of those rifles they are both very nice rifles. You cant go wrong with either but an average scope will disapoint you. just my 2 cents.
