Dont know why people poo poo air rifles ive shot more possums and rabbits with an air rifle than a 22lr it teaches you about shot placement it almost seems like some wanky elietest thing

There are places where a .22LR cannot be used, for instance around dwellings, flat ground where stock are kept and dwellings in the background, shooting up into trees etc. The wind decides the direction of approach and having a kill range of 30 metres is sufficient, especially at night. From my own experience anyway.
