    Its a rubber sealing boot that keeps debris out, probably leaking/ripped/cracked/retaining clip loose

    The seller told me it was "bent" and I didn't bother to read the sheet properly haha

    For sub $1000, a $50 fix and minors, prob a good deal. I'd just stay in taxi/cell range.
