No Benchmark 8208. Found it will give around 2700fps from a couple of 16" barrels with 150gr bullets. St Marks ball powders aren't well known or temp stability across extremes. Eg developing a load in winter, then getting pressure signs in summer and vice versa. I personally haven't loaded with them enough to observe it myself, prefer to stick to ADI where I can.Quote:

Have you thought of using lighter Barnes projectiles? I am driving a 130 TTSX at 3000 ft/s out of a 17 1/5 inch barrel. Using 2206H. Have have devastating results from 50m to 200m on Reds, fallow and the odd goat.
