    Get an 8 twist in either 223 or 22-250 and use BM2. There was a very good article in NZ Guns on this topic covering all these calibres. The 22 250 is so limited by its slow twist.

    Mate shooting his R700 in 223 with 25.5gr 2206H and 55gr VMAX reached out and said hello to a bunny at 420m over Easter. A happy customer although the rabbit was pretty bloody annoyed.
