A 16 inch barreled 243 is going to be very hard on a suppressor, I doubt few powder granules would make much difference among all the screaming exhaust gases. Its not my thing but if I went that way Id be using a DPT or similar with a stainless blast baffle . In the 85/87gr bullet weight 2208 is going to be as good as any and will have a good % burn anyway. Going faster in burn rate will really only loose velocity or you will have to run higher peak pressure for the same speed.
Saying that though if its really is nothing but short range hunting then pretty much any normal 243 combination will work.
My pick would be sierra 85 HPTB in font of some 2208.
