Not so much jammed as "against" by the time I snugged the butt into my shoulder any forwards loading would have been released I reckon.......anyway, back to cleaning the bore, fark it's dirty!

I do usually run the bore snake through with a splash of hopes on it followed by a couple of rags...sometimes this would be followed up with a rag with a couple drops Rem oil on it BUT the last two times I've been out that process may have been missed, been pretty full on so far this year
Glad you have thick skin mate. If we can't poke stick at each other, something's wrong. But seriously....I just got home from walk. Spear Jag with bit of 4x4 cloth impaled.three drops CLP on it. Through bore. Flipped rag impaled, back through. Rest of rifle rubbed down n locked away. I NEVER put guns away without running rag through bore...Mrs had suppressor off n thread protector back on when she carried rifle inside for me. I leave them off to dry out between uses. The 22lr is only gun that doesn't get bore cleaned every use.
Robbie Tiffen reckoned to push the bipod legs against something. This was from his experience in the Army. A lot of other advice is to preload the bipod legs by pushing forward slightly.
Here ya go...it has to be said...I was surprised I didn't have potatoes falling out the muzzle...

Quite a lot of visible copper there
Its very hard to tell if its just grainy pictures with material fluff or if its very rough right at the crown (this needs to be very sharp at the bore/crown junction.). I personally would get it bore scoped to determine if it just needs a crown touch up or if it needs a trim off the barrel to get back to good bore + a recrown.
Pity your not in the Nth Island as i would help sort it for you and give you a barrel cleaning lesson.
I just looked back at the original reloads and realized if not even seen some of the shots miles out out the main group.
Ive seen bad (my howa was shooting groups around 2-3inchs) but that would lead me to go through the entire rifle system and look for obvious serious faults.
I would remove and remount scope and mounts to look for loose screws in bases etc (or id replace it with another known good scope).
I would clean the copper from the barrel. Boretech works well.
I'd then grab a couple sample packs of projectiles id be happy to shoot load 10 of each with a mid range book charge and shoot them all. Id grab boattails too no reason to exclude them yet it only limits your options. You may as well start with what your ideal solution is.
I'd also test without the suppressor. The last option I'd try is the a recrown unless its handy to get it to a smith.
I get where you're coming from but tbf I think you're getting a bit carried away, I can hit a 6" gong close to centre all day long with this rifle and one shot kills on deer out to 300m so I don't think the scopes an issue nor is hunting accuracy BUT the limited data I have so far has raised questions, which I hope to answer by going through the process. Boretech noted, I'll grab some and give it a go.
I've got my preferred projectile so UNTIL it's proven bad there's no reason to go off on a tangent with different projectiles is there, tbh it feels like you're throwing "possible solutions at "possible issue's" on what we all agree isn't a big enough sample size but all will become clear tomorrow, weather permitting
The box of federal blue box.....it USUALLY a benchmark....if they won't group, look at another reason for poor group,it's not the ammunition. That's why I suggested it. In order to say this is good, bad or otherwise, you need a baseline to compare it to. If your hitting six inch gong centrally.... Job done, keep doing what your doing.dont change a thing. To duplicate that load....with different components, not so simple but not overly hard. You want flat base, use flat base.use whatever powder you can get and aim for same velocity. Job done....
