There is a case for the 300gr smk tumbling and slicing but i found them poor killers. I drilled them to make them expand but this didnt help much. The Lehigh are the only way to go if your serious about sub sonic hunting.
Point of impact was 8" lower at 50 for the subs and an extra 8" drop every 25 past that so a range finder and a good dail up scope or ballictic reticle is a must. After the drop/range is sorted the system works very well. My super load uses the 180gr AccuBond and i highly recommend it, small japs, large reds, close or far it always performs perfectly.Name: phone pix 180.jpg

Size: 1,022.2 KB Top Lehigh sub. Bottom SMK sub.
You will need a 1-9" twist barrel to shoot subs
    Hope this helped
