    I guess new proprietary case designed by Lapua for a specific purpose (accuracy) so like any r&d spend, they wanted to recover their outlay...

    At the end of the day, it's awesome brass, bloody strong, & if treated right will last for a lot of firings so its not actually that expensive in the grand scheme of things... Some people spend $4 on projectiles to shoot dirt, sometimes rock's, & steel...

    I got 32 firings out of some of my test load cases

    As claw said bloody hard very nice brass and they shoot well, efficient wee case

    Maybe I should buy some quality brass instead of Winchester...

    Tighter neck tho so brass not working in body bump 2 thou every 5 firings on my guns and anneal at same time neck size the rest of the time
