I'd take a laserbeam rifle over a 1.5 moa rifle any day. IF you can get more velocity out of it that would be a bonus. But I wouldn't sacrifice accuracy over speed. A slow accurate bullet will do more damage over a fast bullet that missed every time

But a rem mag should be able to achieve both.
