    90gr hotcor .243

    Heya guys.

    Just wanting to know if anyone has had first hand experience using the 90gr Speer hotcor on red deer out of a 243? Just loaded some up and they're shooting quite well out of my Brno 243. Got them going at about 3140fps. Tia

    Cue Micky Duck in 3, 2, 1...

    I'm hoping they do alright as I've just loaded some for mine, no idea what speed they're doing though.

    I've used the 80gr equivalent and they certainly work well.

    Good to hear. You slipping them in the crease or straight through shoulder? I hear they're quite tough and just wondering if they'd work through the shoulder of deer.

    Mostly through the crease.Couple head shots. Seem to do a lot of damage. Last one was behind shoulder at 150m. Looked like a fire extinguisher had been set off.Trying to upload some photos but not letting me for some reason
