Thread: A Bit of a Sort Out

We went thru the buy/sell/move fun & games about 6 months ago. Big life style block (42acres) to a smaller one (6 acres). We had a long settlement 6+ months so managed to have a big sort out. Stuff you accumulate over 30+ years is scary. Farm stuff, boat & fishing stuff, kids stuff, horse stuff, camping, hunting, reloading etc etc. Sold off a bunch of things, even though it was not a great time to sell as everyone is skint. 4 or 5 skip loads went to dump. Still have a collection of things to sell but no hurry now we’re shifted. The shifting process & month or so leading up to it was pretty stressful, won’t be doing that again in a hurry!!! One good outcome was to compile detailed lists of reloading stocks & components & parts. So now know exactly what Ive got on hand, what might need topping up & what can be sold off. Thankfully the new place came with a big shed.
