    Blaser 7mmRM 162gn Amax Load....anyone?

    Hi - my 2 past 7mmRMs have shot sub-half inch with 2217 and Amaxs. Will be my starting point but has anyone got a load they have found works well for them (I would work up to it if possible of course).

    72.0g AR2225. Forgot jump but nothing shot well in either Blaser barrel I own even close to the lands. IIRC it was about 20K jump

    Yup, factory blaser barrels like a lot of jump. Even my original .223 barrel needed 20thou from memory.

    74gr 2217 with both 162amax and 168 berger works sweet in R93 7mm mag

    Brilliant...same load as my HS which also liked a good jump...benefit of jump was reduced pressure but 3150fps with 162s.
