Get a ball micrometer to accurately check neck thickness. Hornady does vary, and it effects your neck tension. That effects consistent muzzle velocity.
On the big plus side you shouldn't have to ream the flash holes out. It comes already done

Yea, not so sure
Had a new batch of 25 06 brass back in December and didn't bother reaming the flash holes.....big mistake. Ended up with about a dozen misfires which all had really good primer strike
