    I use the 245 Frontiers for possums and hares in a sub sonic fully suppressed short barrel 44.
    They absolutely do not expand under any circumstances and at any speed.
    I don't expect them or the 300s to be suitable for goats.

    The Hornady 240 XTPs on the other hand are very effective at either sub or super sonic speeds and despite being more expensive are the better option.
    300 XTPs don't stabilize at sub sonic speeds and do not expand as well as the 240s at sub or super sonic speeds !!!

    Have some fun with the cheap Frontier ( but remember they shoot through everything they hit and you can hear them zipping off ) and use the XTPs for the goats.
