    24.5grns of AR 2206h is a good load,for your 55grn pill in .223.....I believe dama dama is correct I can never remember which way around they are with the equivilents so have to look them up...I use the hogdgon equivilent or 2213 in the mighty 270 and find it great,I interchange the data between the two happily BECAUSE IM NOT AT MAXIMUM.....if hotrodding loads,all bets are off,reduce and work back up...low to middle loads should be fine as any small different in burn rate wont push over edge.
