Thread: Hammer bullets group order

Hi All

Looking to order some hammer bullets in. I have read some passing comments about an Australian distributor that is selling them, but have not been able to find out who. Does anyone know whether this is true and if so, who it is?

Also, if anyone is keen to join the order, let me know. It will be through reloading international. Cost is $120 flat rate for shipping up to 9kg plus 12% export fee, plus cost of bullets on the website. This should get 500 bullets. Propose to split the shipping at $24 per 100 bullets. I think I will just get 100, so room for another 400. For reference, for the bullets I am looking at, cost will be around NZ$3 each landed.

Ideally would share shipping with Christchurch based people, otherwise will need to then ship around NZ once they get here, but will take what I can get if not able to fill it with locals.

Please post below if you are keen with desired quantity and once the 400 are claimed I will follow up with PMs to sort details.

7mm 153 HHT or 155 absolute likley. In a 7 sherman short. So pus them at 3100ish. But have no experience with solids. Maybe a 140 would do

Are you asking whether I have been biding my time for 6 years on the forum and now I've come up with the perfect plan to scam people, so I write this post, but at the same time make an email address called "boob rick", and somehow get your email and send you an unsolicited request for cash. Yea well done sherlock, you got me.

I've done plenty of buying and selling on the forum and have never had a transaction go wrong with anyone. This post was intended to find people who might mutually benefit from a group buy. I have no interest in stealing your money robhughes-games, I have enough of my own. I just want to order some hammer bullets as efficiently as I can. If you can decide what you want before the other slots are taken, you are welcome to join.

Don't get offended. Loads of people get scammed everyday.
I've never used any of those apps for payment in NZ and booked has ever asked me too either.
So it just came across as odd.

Just to clarify, that was not me emailing you. I don't have your email address and I don't use any of those apps. It is mildly offensive to be accused of being a scammer in a public forum.

Glad I didn't get scammed by some random.
Was incredibly fast for someone to see my post, find my email and write a scam up.

that's how I read your reply too, not that you were accusing bang.....good reminder of how quickly scammers work though.
Anyone involved in this group buy should definitely only reply to PM's from the O.P not anyone else claiming to be on behalf via email, text other messaging services....

I read your post as slinging mud for no real reason, and did not think that you were really considering sending cash via a dodgy app to "boob rick"...

I'm happy if people prefer another trustworthy person handle the order and pool the cash if this tangent has derailed any trust in me.

just shot my first game with hammers yesterday. 4 goats.
not quite ready to commit to an order. I got 2 sample packs and i'm having feed issues with one, think I may have loaded them too long as i'm short of powder space. need to do some more work on this before I decide which ones i want, Power Hammer vs Stone Hammer
Power has better BC but may be too long. Stone have a big hole and even though they are a little heavier I may be able to drive them faster.
I did find a petal under the skin next to the exit hole. stern on shot exited by scapula. instant drop.

Crikey. So you reckon I should not pay that dude up Matamata way or the last 10 blokes I have bought off in the last year. LOL.

Confirming my interest in getting 100x of the 140 Absolute Hammers. @robhughes-games wort reading the reviews on Hammer website for these pills & terminal performance. Pretty impressive.
