    has RL16 hit the shelves anywhere in NZ yet?

    Apparently this powder is somewhere between 2208 and 2209 (closer to 2209 I think) for burn rate and supposedly it is not bad temperature-sensitivity-wise according to US sites is it available anywhere here yet?

    Alliant powders come here once every 12-16 months generally, due to land around Feb next year.

    Reading a few US articles it seems more suited to the 140gr with less pressure than RL17. Like you say still laking availabilty.
