    I made one from 3/4" PVC pipe: one t-section, two end caps and one 1-foot length for the handle.

    At the time I didn't have a reloading press, now I'd have gone for the adapted pliers retaining the bullet as you withdraw it. Not as damage free as the kinetic pullers, but less messy.
