I have been using win780 powder+ magnum primers+ Norma brass i have just finished cleaning, trimming and annealing all the cases.
150gr Hornady interlocks 72gr powder was good
    165grsst 68.5gr powder was good
168gr Amax 5thou from lands 68.5gr powder was good
these were loads I started with going back a few years now they all grouped very well. my old tikka 595 rifle is a tack driver it started life as a 308 and was converted to a300wsm from new and was a safe queen for 10 years and never used till I got it.
I think 178/180gr projectiles are probably the best all-around weight for this caliber and am doing a ladder test tomorrow with 178gr Amax projectiles 5thou from the lands with the same powder it burns at a lower temp and extends barrel life that why I like Winchester powders
I will post results for you if you want

did a ladder test with Amax 178 grain projectiles Norma cases and Federal large magnum rifle primers starting with 68gr and increased by .5 gr up to 70gr of Winchester 780 powder with 68gr giving a velocity of 2789 fps on the grony and 70gr 2894 fps with no real bad pressure signs of flattened primers ect. 70 grains of powder filled the case up to the bottom of the neck so could increase up to 72gr witch is max load data for 175gr projectiles and 70gr for 180gr projectile on the Hodgdon reloading site.
I found a powder charge of 69.5 and 70gr grouped ok so ended up settling on 69.7gr with a velocity of 2876 fps with manageable recoil for my damaged shoulder
