I have been using the same kit and I have no issues with it, getting a trickler would be a great choice but for the basic starting kit I'm really happy with it.
I just load 308 with it and I have used other presses, but I like my lee gear more.
Savage1 is on to it.
Upgrade the scales (the RCBS balance scale or decent digital one) and get a trickler, and you'll be set for many years.
If you can, get the Lee Deluxe Rifle dies, the collet neck die is awesome value for money.
My next suggestion is to set yourself up with some decent measuring equipment. Hornady bullet comparator, headspace gauge, and electronic calipers.
Julian at Workshop Innovation is a top guy to deal with, he carries most of the gear you'll ever need.
