Hornady 11th edition has loads for that bullet, with H4895 max is 44 grs for around 2700 fps out of a 22 inch barrel. AR 2208 has a listed max of 44.9 grs for 2700 fps with a 22 inch barrel. Depending on Rifle you may increase velocity a bit.
I recently bought a Tikka 308 and cut it to 20 inch and suppressed it , my load is 165 gr SST and 43.5 grs of H 4895 for a average velocity of 2730 fps measured on a Garmin Xero C1. Shot well out to 600 yards.

Interesting what you getting with yr 308 tikka 20'' barrel using 165gr ssts reloads.I have same tikka set up.Factory Hornady superformance ssts 165gr doing 2712ft/s.They got some smack down power at distance.
