If you are looking for light loads AR2206H could be a better bet. There is good info on the Hodgdons website but in general you can load down to 60% of the maximum listed for the projectile you are using. I used 38 grains of AR2206H behind the 150 grain projectile for around 2,350 fps for a light target load and 32 grains behind the 155 grain Frontier plated projectile for just under 2,000 fps for a light practise load all in the .308. It burns a bit dirty at those levels but is accurate. You can only use AR2206H (H4895) this way.
