when i pulled the 17 hornet cases apart to bring over found the powder that hornady used to be very fine. the 2207 is much coarser so erratically it should pack less volume. got to fire some ppu to bring over the cases(shortage here) then into the whacamole reloading. i know in the old days they filled the case and then ran the leveler over the mouth and seated the projectile, worked then and must work now.

DONT DO THAT you silly old prick!!!!!!!!!!! you might get away with it if you have a really bulky powder(it would work with 7.62x39mm using 2206h) where yo ucannot fit enough into case to cause issues... but the scoop is DESIGNED TO BE USED as you discribe WITH CERTAIN POWDERS, listed on chart that should be in box...failing that let me know what scoop and powders you have and I shall look it up on the list that comes with the spoon/dipper set.
youve only got one half decent eyeball left, dont risk blowing it out or you wont be able to look at pretty gals at all anymore.

and before anyone gets all "upset onbehalf" Smokey n I are buddies so I feel ok to type that as I have,he knows what I mean.
    75/15/10 black powder matters
