For ADI 2208 using target 155gr projectiles, lapua brass and std max OAL I think this is the safe limit for 308w, still supersonic at 1000yds (30inch barrel) but only just. I suspect that at 46grains 2208 and Nosslers or HBCs is compressing btw, not happy going higher than 45.5 therefore myself.

For safety sake I think most ppls should be at a max of 44 grains of 2208 in a 308 ie hunting.
