I'll have to study up on shoulder bumping. Never paid much attention just being a hunter type reloader. You'd think if you're buying factory ammo to industry spec plus a rifle to industry spec you'd be able to buy both off the shelf and put them together without issue. To my mind the rifle is faulty.
