Thread: RCBS puller & FL die expander ball adjustment

im guessing the die would be the same as a hornady, which I use.

the expander ball holds the de-capping pin in place, that should be done right up tight. then the whole threaded rod assembly screws in and out.
if it doesn't push the used primer out just wind the whole rod out a bit. (lock nut loosen, thread out, re-tighten lock nut)

(so short answer... move both pin and ball down together)
