550,650 and 1050 all use standard dies.
The SQD uses dillon prop dies and is pistol cal only.

    I have 1x 550, 1x SL900, 2x 650 and 2x 1050
    I would not recommend a 650 or 1050 as a 1st progressive machine.
If you plan to load more than 1 caliber in batches under 1000rds at a time the 550 is by far the way to go.

This is the price DED are selling them for:
    Deadeye Dicks - Redding
Lee classic turret press, $265, so that $220 would almost get me a set of redding comp dies.

Dillion 550 is $799 ish with a set of 308 dies.
