    Sierra data

    Hi does anybody have the app or manual? If so could you please have a look for 180gn tgk /sbt 300wsm using imr4451 and let me know please

    Hornady book for there 180sst stated 59.4-61.7 @2800fps
    That seems wrong.

    A little conservative ( which explains low velo) but in the right range. Safe load so what is wrong?

    I can’t see IMR4451 listed for the 180gr in the app.

    Ive got the speers #14 it doesn't mention that powder either for the 300WSM

    Hodgdon have data on their website. Not specifically for the 180gr tgk/sbt but for other 180gr jacketed bullets. I'd consider them the golden source of info since it's their powder.

    Never mind what the published max charges are either. If you see zero signs of pressure during your workup then you can always work up a bit over "max" if you want, or if you see pressure signs earlier then you stop short of it.
