The hand reamer is easy enough to use.
I'd advise against chucking the bit in a drill the holding the cases over it. Can't hold over the top perfectly and you end up with a tapered primer pocket entry and gas escapes

I think I have a RCBS swage set that's been used once if you want to buy

I'm still waiting for a photo of this setup.....

I assume it's 1050 based
